AMK Runners at Kraków Business Run 2019
Once again AMK runners took part in the major charity run – Poland Business Run. The aim of the run is to support and help people who, for various reasons, cannot enjoy running anymore …
The run was held on 8 September in 10 Polish cities. Each member of the running teams had to take up the distance of 3,8 km. This time Kraków Business Run hosted more than 7000 runners !
The only real winners are the Beneficieries of the Run. With every breath we took and with each km we ran we felt that our support did matter to them, and in turn their attitude became an inspiration and motivation to us !
During this edition the organizers provided healthy tap water to all participants which was available in paper cups or poured directly to the runners” own water bottles. Thus, the quantity of plastic waste was reduced ! It was greatly appreciated.
