Mostostal Warszawa Capital Group once again among the best employers in Poland
For the third time in a row, we have been recognized in the "Poland's Best Employers" ranking, prepared by Forbes magazine in cooperation with Statista. This year, we have climbed 18 positions in the nationwide ranking of best employers and have secured the 29th place. Additionally, in the industry-specific ranking "Best Employers - Construction," we have made it to the podium, securing the 3rd place.
The list of Best Polish Employers was compiled based on a questionnaire available through online research panels and the forbes.pl website. The survey was conducted in the autumn of 2023.
The report covered the best employers from approximately 25 industries employing at least 250 people.
The criteria for ranking recognition included:
- direct recommendation, meaning the willingness of employees to recommend their employer;
- indirect recommendation, meaning the willingness of employees to recommend other employers in the same industry;
- additionally, aspects such as compensation, working hours, opportunities for advancement and development, and conditions and equipment for office and remote work were evaluated.
