Quicklime SLAKER
During slaking process slaked lime is produced. The calcium hydroxide is mixed with water to form a suspension with appropriate lime milk concentration.
Our construction carries out the wet slaking process, and the product is lime milk with given concentration. The device carries out the slaking process in continuous flow manner.
Using innovative ventilation system of the slaker chamber, problems with fan lime scaling were eliminated. Unique automation system and controller allow for smooth and accurate lime milk production. All process parameters are continuously controlled to ensure optimal slaking conditions.
